Moscato di Scanzo DOCG ---

Moscato di Scanzo is a red-berry passito Moscato wine and one of Italy's most exclusive DOCG wines: its vine variety is cultivated in a territory of just 31 hectares in the Municipality of Scanzorosciate. The grapes are made unique by the particular microclimate and the limestone-marble formation on which the vines grow, which provides high minerality together with scarce water availability. These characteristics are fundamental and make the grape healthy, fragrant and rich in aromas. The production regulations are very strict: manual harvesting takes place between the end of September and the middle of October and the meticulously selected grapes are placed in natural drying on racks, in ventilated environments, for a minimum of 21 days. Moscato does not tolerate wood, so it ages
