Temple of the Fallen ---

Built on the remains of the ancient church of S. Maria di Sudorno, which was destroyed for its construction in 1915-16, the temple is also called Chiesa di Sudorno, named after the street it faces and under which one of the two ancient Roman aqueducts once flowed. Dedicated to the Fallen of Wars, it preserves inside (entirely lined with dark marble) the altarpiece from the old medieval church.
