Ex Belvedere Restaurant ---
The building that housed the Belvedere Restaurant and which has since been converted for residential use was designed by Virginio Muzio. The architect, engaged in numerous projects throughout the city, had the opportunity here to employ elegant Art Nouveau forms, which were well-suited to the function and recreational purpose. In keeping with the principle of harmonizing architecture and nature, Muzio modified a pre-existing building and chose an unusual form that perfectly complements its intended use and surrounding environment. Two low structures, above which he created two terraces connected by the entrance courtyard, which also overlooks the panorama opening onto the hills. The wrought iron arch that welcomed guests, with its lightness and elegance, is one of the finest craftworks
