Molino Innocenti produces cornmeal intended for human consumption and some corn by-products for livestock use. Over time, production has concentrated on corn, leading to continuous evolution, including in terms of the facility, which has been updated over the years with a consequent increase in production. Among the various types of corn processed, the one for polenta is the company's pride and joy, while the mill's product of excellence is Bramata flour, typical of Bergamo, as well as whole grain and buckwheat flour. The corn cultivated is produced by some trusted farmers.
