The company has always believed in quality production, therefore low yields per hectare and considerable attention in winemaking and wine aging. The first winemaking facility was established in 1993, with subsequent expansions, the latest in 2006, bringing the surface area to 1200 square meters. The grapes come from vineyards located around the municipality of Torre dè Roveri; the soils feature cultivable layers of clayey nature with red/brown coloring and medium texture, while the substrates consist of calcareous marl of gray color and sand. The agriturismo is open to the public on Friday and Saturday from 7:30 PM to midnight, and on Sunday from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
