Founded in 2015 starting with the production of Casoncello di Valpiana according to local tradition, over the years it has developed a process of experimentation and study of products that has led to a varied and articulated offering across four current product lines. The preference for local excellence in the choice of ingredients and the careful artisanal craftsmanship are the guiding principles of the entire ravioli factory's production. The Con Cuore proposal is divided into four product lines, all made artisanally following tradition and mostly using local raw materials such as cheeses.
