The vineyards are an ampelographic collection and the cultivation and production chain are entirely artisanal where human work can never be replaced by automation. Castello degli Angeli wines express strength and harmony between history and passion, with a production of 6000 bottles per year. Hand processing and aging processes in the cellar fully respect their organoleptic integrity. The company produces white and red still wines.
