Family-run business founded in 1980, after nearly thirty years of experimentation for personal consumption. Originally from Trentino and adopted Bergamese residents, the founding partners are the couple Carlo and Celestina, joined by their sons Roberto, a food technician, and Paolo, an oenologist. From the precious location at the foot of the Orobiche Prealps, in Grumello del Monte, the company currently dedicates itself exclusively to the production of two sparkling wines using the classical method, always using grapes from the same areas of origin as the family.
