The history of ***Cantina Zatti*** begins in the late 1950s, with grandfather Gino: after having dealt with wine commercialization in Val Trompia, he moves to **Valtenesi**, to **Calvagese della Riviera**, with the intention of starting his own production. He thus purchases the structure that now houses the winery, and part of the land that is still cultivated today by his son Giovanni and his grandson Andrea. Originally, the family owned only the west-facing slope of the hill called "Perrone", but over time has also acquired land on the east-facing slope.
