Bar Pizzeria Carrara is a family-run establishment in Oltre il Colle. It is run by Bruno and his wife Milva and their two children Alex and Roberta. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday a pizzaiolo is added to the staff. It is possible to taste BLACK pizza and WHOLE WHEAT pizza, with Bruno preparing all the doughs. Additionally, they prepare toasts, piadine, focacce, sandwiches, hamburgers, and french fries. Draft beers of various types, and many beers in bottles. Various aperitifs, such as spritz, Americano, Negroni, Mojito, Ugo spritz, etc. The offering includes a good selection of wines, including Tuscan wines, with Bruno's sister living in Scansano and an excellent Morellino arriving from there.
