The "Rubis Alessandro" farm is located in the Fontana area, in the "census municipality" of Valle d'Astino, a small valley within the Parco dei colli di Bergamo system, directly adjacent to the western part of the city. On the same day, the meats are slaughtered and rapidly processed. Trimming, cutting, grinding and addition of spices for the preparation of various products.
