The farm's breeding is mainly dedicated to the Piedmont Fassona breed, alongside other breeds. With approximately sixty pigs, strictly raised on flour and water and scraps of fruit and vegetables from the area, carefully curated meat and artisanal cured meats are produced and sold, obtained without industrial additives, as was done in the past. The cured meats are dried in the fireplace according to tradition, then brought to the cellar to age. In addition to breeding, the farm includes approximately 2000 apple trees of 6 different varieties, thanks to which fresh fruit, apple juice and apple vinegar are also sold.
