Azienda Agricola Cascina Moroni, with its lands, is historically divided between Stezzano, where the countryside is cultivated with cereals in annual crop rotation, and Bergamo Censuario di Castagneta in Via Valmarina. At this second location the countryside is partly used as woodland and pasture and partly as vineyard, an ancient place as documented in the historical records, which was replanted in 2009, following modern cultivation techniques and mechanizing the various stages of processing. Here, where the vineyards develop in an amphitheater around the ancient monastery creating an unmissable landscape, the "spur cordon" technique is used on red grapes and "guyot" on white grapes.
