The farm is dedicated to raising Camosciata delle Alpi goats for milk production and processing. Nicolò manages daily operations, overseeing milking, feeding, and pasture management. The goats, milked twice daily, follow a seasonal diet necessarily linked to the animal's biological needs based on the productive and reproductive cycle. The milk produced is processed directly in the on-site dairy by Lorenzo following HACCP self-control criteria, keeping the milk raw, without any heat treatment in order to preserve the typical aromas and enhance the organoleptic characteristics.
