Al Casot was founded in 2000, when the owner started a small production project with 4 goats: a labor of passion that grew over the years to 120 lactating goats. In 2003 he opened a cheese dairy with EU certification and began selling products to merchants and shops, adding markets, fairs, and on-farm sales in 2005. The next transformation occurred in 2007, when Alessandro built a small cured meat facility to produce goat and pork cold cuts. Finally, in December 2010, he opened the agritourism, completing the full cycle of production, processing, sales, and service.
