Marco Farm Restaurant is a small family-run establishment on the hills of Bergamo. All the ingredients used in their kitchen come directly from their farm, from cured meats to cheeses, casoncelli and meats, flour for polenta and potatoes to wholemeal flour for jam tarts; all accompanied by their red wine. Flavors of yesteryear is their key word.
