Winter Beer Experience ---

Every Saturday at 3:00 PM the agricultural brewery Pagus in Darfo Boario Terme offers you the opportunity to take part in a guided tasting. After an introduction to the world of beer during which you will be provided with explanations and interesting facts, an interactive workshop on raw materials awaits you. The Pagus agricultural company, in fact, cultivates barley, wheat, black spiny corn and hops: km 0, product traceability and sustainability are the watchwords here. Following the explanation of the production process and the workshop, you will be able to participate in an interactive sensory game to test yourself: you will learn to recognize the aromas of hops and the main olfactory notes.
