Villa Bracciano ---
Located at the intersection of via Statuto and via Nullo, Villa Bracciano was among the first elegant residences that emerged in the early twentieth century in the residential neighborhood of S. Lucia. It was built around 1906 based on a project by architect Luigi Bergonzo (father of Alziro Bergonzo, also an important Bergamo architect). The corner turret and its decorations still attract the attention of passersby, inviting them to observe its details. Below the roof eaves, a band decorated with floral motifs runs along the entire perimeter of the house. Pilasters, floral motifs and neo-sixteenth-century putti surround the windows in a continuous composition. You will certainly have noticed the inscription "labor omnia vincit", taken from Virgil's Georgics.
