– ‹ the Tresoldi › in the City and Countryside are the common place for bread and baking but not only: over time they become synonymous. A shared destiny with other Bergamasque family groups and beyond engaged, in various capacities, in the food sector: they nourish, educate, generations of citizens and 'foreigners' visiting or passing through – in 1938 Filippo Giuseppe Tresoldi moved, with his family, from Cassano d'Adda to the Città Alta of Bergamo. In the following decades he will bring distinction to the art of baking. He opened his first oven on via San Lorenzo, in 1946 on via Gombito and in 1959 he purchased the building located at 13A via Colleoni, the new oven.
