Nocenti Pierino ---

"Good evening and congratulations on your stories! I would like, if possible, for you to also come and interview my dad: Claudio Nocenti, known as Pierino. Today, at seventy-two years old, he still manages his shop, carefully helping customers. He has always thought only about work and I would be happy to give him this surprise." This is what Simona Nocenti wrote to us, one of the two children of the owner of the Nocenti Pierino fabric shop, on via Palma il Vecchio, since 1948. When we decide to visit her, Simona comes to meet us with eyes full of emotion and immediately shows us the documents she is compiling for the recognition of her father's shop as a "historic shop" of the Lombardy Region. As often happens, bureaucracy misses the best, and she points out to us that, although her father
