Supported by an imposing round arch, it has walls rich with various frescoes, the oldest of which date back to the thirteenth century and were brought to light in 1937: Washing of the Feet and Last Supper (left wall), Annunciation (on the arch), Passion, Christ in Glory and Christ the Judge (beyond the arch), S. Narno and S. Viatore, the city's first bishops, and S. Alessandro on horseback (bifora and lunette).
